Dear sir,

(A) we refer  to our varios E_mails addressed to your corporate care. As they were not able to resolve our issue,we are approaching you in order to get a way to comeout from the unpredicted dammage caused to us.
The issue is as under:----
we approached your stores at madapur,hyderabad centre some time in May-June17 with a request to put us on international call facility to enable us to use in USA on 20th july 07(US TIME) on the day of our landing inorder to reach our people at US locally through our mobile phone.We specifically wanted a voice line but not data connectivity on the day  of our landing in US ie.,on20thjuly(US TIMING). We have to state that your people did not educate us at all about the plans availability for our limited utility we repeat did not educate us.We presumed that your people had responded to our needs truly. Instead they did something which they are not ,  revealing even today inspite of our various mails,which resulted in an unpredicted damage on us.Even your latest E-mail as a reply to my query confirmed that we are not connected for any data international roaming.However your bill for the month of august 17 revealed totally a different picture.The contradictions are as under.,

1.It is a fact that your people did not educate us on the availability of short term plans as per our need(only voice line in roaming).  this has resulted in automattic updates without our knowledge

2. Your Bill for August 17 containing ,inter-alia,usage details states as under:
      A credit limit of Rs7400/-
     Mobile internet rates (browsing without pack(2G/3G) =0.04Rs per 10 KB. However  under actual usage billing it is shown as:-    USAGE                  CHARGES Rs
                                                   101.58MB               57238/50

IN the backdrop of this,while we have not used the data roaming facility,the above usage was on account of updates that have taken place without our knowledge that too on a single day,a single minute ie.,on dt 21-7-17 at 9-59:33AM(american time).  The amount shown here is beyond our credit limit we repeat beyond our credit limit of Rs7400/-

3.My credit limit was already exceeded before21-7- 2017, 9-59AM(US TIME). However you have allowed the updates after the period for91997KB for a single minute (at 9-59:33AM AMERICAN TIME),for which you have charged Rs50599/99 which is abnormally high . The services which you have provided without our request should have been stopped at least at the end of ourcredit limit   of Rs 7400/-

(B)       we therefore conclude that we do not agree for the bill :
                (a)As we were not educated /appraised  upfront about these charges  which resulted in unpredicted damage
                (b)You should have suspended services once the credit limit exceeded,which was done only at a latter day after the damage is identified by you.
               
               (c)We did not receive any SMS per each MB automatic download as per extant instructions.This is with reference to our personal discussions with Mr.Dileep,customercare executive  at your madapur centre.
(d) I submit i am a senior citizen having 70 years of age and presently in USA carrying the   mobile  of my son and cannot bear this financial burden which was unexpected and unpredicted.
                       
 (C)   we therefore request you  to please view these facts  with an open mind
and review the bill for August17,and advise us the revised bill to enable us to pay.

  If you need any further personal discussions /clarifications,please advise me so that i can ask my son to come and meet you at any appointed time, as he is readily availabe in hyderabad.

       Enclosure:-    A few contradictions we noticed in the bill:-
   

         contradictions in the bill for august 2017:-

1. On 24th july,2017,at 2.31AM(USA TIME),you gave a message to our number that the billed and

unbilled usage of Rs4924/-has exceeded our average monthly usage of Rs1121/- Contrary to this,

  on 25th julY2017 at 1.31PM(US TIME) you have sent us a message stating that my services

would be inturupted as usage of RS56859/- has crossed credit limit. If you check the bill you will

notice that we never  used the phone either on 24th or 25th,july. Actually you have on 21st itself at

1.51PM(ie., 20th midnight) withdrawn the services as per yourSMS.I do not know how the amount

was included in the bill as if we have used the facility on 21st july17 at 9-59:33AM.(U S A TIME).

Also,had i used it on 21/1/17,my billed and unbilled amount as on 24-7-17 cannot be 4929/-as per your message dated 24th

2.On 21st july 2017 at 1.51PM(usa time) ie.,midnight of 20th july,(thursday night) you have sent me

an sms stating that my services were temporarily withdrawn. However on the same day 21st july at

12.42PM(us time)(friday afternoon),you have sent us an SMS stating that we have consumed

101.39MB of data while roaming.Actually, your bill is showing, as a single entry, usage of data of

91997KB on 21/717 at 9-59:33A M . This  cannot be possible since services were withdrawn on 20th

midnight at 1.51PM .
