I, A.Srinivasachari as a partner of the firms namely M/s.Divya Silica Mines & Minerals etc., humbly submit the facts of the above subject as follows:-
a) This is is to submit that the persons mentioned in the above subject are not known to me and also not working in our firms as clerks / Supervisors as mentioned in their Representation dated 02-01-2015 filed before you.
b) It is further to submit that our firms / mines are engaged in suppllying Raw Silica Sand to various traders/buyers with their own arrangements. Hence clerks / supervisors are not necessary for carrying the said business.
c) It is further submitted that our firms / mines have not deployed the third party or any employee for pass on the message to the Representation persons for termination of service because they are not our employees / clerks / supervisors. Hence the entire Representation is false and fabricated.
d) It is submit that our mines activity stopped by the Department for last four months to till date.
e) It is further submitting that I am well known person to carrying the mines business as well as public for several years. The Representation which was filed before you is false and de grade my goodwill and also Black mailing.
Hence I request you to consider the above facts and do the justice.
